Very user friendly app. Better than the previous payback app. I have increased my rating from 4 star to 5 star after my recent use. I will urge that zillion should tie up with major credit card companies for transfer of their reward points to Zillion. In this way there will be win win situation for customer as well as companies.

Zillion is a fraud.. they activate the plus membership without my request and now there is no response on reversing the activation. I had to pay unnecessary charges to my credit card just because of the fraud app. In case you want to connect to customer care. The call is not free, there are special rates to pay and then they will keep your call on hold for 15-20 minutes.. A big fraud Making you pay for subscription without any your request and then making money when you call them. FRAUD!!

Taking awfully long time. It's almost 10 mins and still seeing green background and nothing else. I think it's better to check on the website on the total points and redeem rather than download an app and wait for eternity.
