BlackRock Inc. was hit with a suit in the Southern District of New York by a Black female employee who alleges she was “forced out” after she complained of discrimination and was denied job advancement.

Brittanie McGee alleges the investment management company gave her white male colleagues more desirable assignments, higher pay, and promotions than Black workers.
