Check out our video to see for yourself what the ParaTough Cup is all about!

The ParaTough Cup is a half-day corporate challenge in which teams compete in Para sport and get to know Paralympians through a fireside chat. The ParaTough Cup was created to raise awareness of the Paralympic movement and funds for Canadians with a disability to participate and excel in sport. By competing in Para sport at the ParaTough Cup, participants gain an unrivaled perspective of how technically challenging and physiologically difficult Para sport is!

Proceeds of the ParaTough Cup help to create opportunities in sport for Canadians with a disability.

“Not everyone has to be a Paralympian and not everybody has to play [on a] national team, but just to have young people with disabilities involved in sport is so powerful. You learn so many skills like how to be healthy, time management, [how to] communicate, [and] how to be confident in your body”
- Heidi Peters, Paralympian, Sitting volleyball
