KEEPING YOU SAFE
Cleaning and sanitization
- We are wiping down games, points of sale, tables, pin pads, and other high traffic areas frequently.
- Hand sanitizer stations and wipes are located throughout our venue for you to use.
CONTACTLESS PAYMENT
- Contactless payment options are preferred. We accept all major credit cards, debit and mobile payment services as well as cash.
Employee and guest conduct
- We are committed to keeping our buildings safe with a symptom-free policy. Employees are required to stay home if they do not feel well.
- Guests who experience symptoms of COVID-19, the flu or a cold should not enter the venue and can contact Guest Services for a full refund. We look forward to welcoming you back once you’re feeling better!
- Following Canada’s public health guidelines, masks are no longer required. We ask that guests respect the choices of others who continue to wear a mask.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
The Rec Room is helping local communities across Canada. In areas where we deliver through SkipTheDishes, we are donating $1 from every SkipTheDishes delivery to Food Banks Canada. We are delivering free SkipTheDishes meals every month to local youth initiatives such as Boys and Girls Club of Peel, Boys & Girls Clubs Big Brothers Big Sisters of Edmonton, Boys and Girls Clubs of Calgary, Boys & Girls Clubs of Winnipeg, and Eastview Centre in Toronto.
