The NCCN Distress Thermometer and Problem List is a free resource to help providers and patients worldwide identify and address the unpleasant experiences that may make it harder to cope with having cancer, its symptoms, or treatment.

NCCN collaborates with in-country organizations across the globe to present International Adaptations of the NCCN Guidelines and associated resources that account for local accessibility, consideration of metabolic differences in populations, and regulatory status of health care technologies used in cancer care in the specified country or region.

The NCCN Framework™ guides evidence-based adaptation to available clinical treatment resources. NCCN Guidelines are used widely around the world, including in a number of low- and middle-resource countries where certain diagnostic tests and/or treatment approaches may be unavailable.

These targeted regional resources are created as part of a collaborative effort to combat the rising cancer rates and unique care circumstances as countries address an increase in noncommunicable diseases (NCDs) such as cancer. They represent both the optimal care that low- and middle-resource countries aspire to provide and pragmatic approaches that provide effective treatment options for resource-constrained settings.
