Our Fishing Tale
Founded in 1968 in Sainte-Thérèse-de-Gaspé, Lelièvre, Lelièvre et Lemoignan Ltée (LLL) is a family-owned business that specializes in the processing of fish and seafood products.
In its early years, LLL was dedicated to the processing of salt-dry cod. Today, the company processes many types of fish and seafood, either in-house or in collaboration with partners, and sets itself apart through its range of frozen lobster products which was launched in 2013.
Thanks to our close collaborations with various world-class partners, LLL currently serves the North American, European and Asian markets.
LLL’s success stems from its dedication to sustainability as well as its commitment to building positive and engaged relationships with its customers.
LLL is also a member of the consortium Gaspé Cured and Poissons-Fruits de mer Gaspésie Inc.

QMP complies with U.S. FDA standards and European Union standards.
The HACCP is a preventive and systematic food safety measure that focuses on physical, chemical and biological hazards through prevention rather than through inspection of the final product.
The HACCP standard is used in the food industry to identify potential hazards with respect to food safety, as well as the main actions that can be taken to reduce or eliminate the risk of potential hazards.
The CT-PAT is a voluntary public-private partnership program that recognizes that U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) can only provide the highest level of cargo security through close cooperation with key players in the international supply chain such as importers, carriers, consolidators, licensed customs brokers and manufacturers.
This is a voluntary anti-terrorism program.
