i set this up today for my kids and they love it! i know if i give them a tablet to call me they will be watching youtube 24/7 so i bought this instead and they can call me anytime. They get home form school and tap a button to videochat me and tell me all about their day. its awesome. was super easy to set up and connect to my wifi as well with onscreen instructions.
a lot of feature son this thing so i will go through them as much as i can
2 way video calling - the main feature they can talk to me and see me and i can see them audio is loud and clear and
customizable buttons - right now i set button 1 to call me and button 2 to call my wife which works awesome. you can set each button to call multiple people which is nice but only the first person who picks up gets the phone call. no group calls i guess.
motion tracking - the camera follows whoevers in the frames' movements so even if they walk around my kitchen i can still see them no matter what. can also manually control the movement form my phone.
access sharing - i invited my parents and wifes parents so that my kids can call them and speak to them without taking mine or my wifes phone and the good part is that you can limit the access of anyone you add by making them a guest so they cant just pop in whenever they want. if they call it will ring on the device and someone has to answer it.
full security camera - my wife and i both work so this functions as a security camera as well when were away form the house and records everything happening in our house while were away with the motion tracking so it catches everything. thinking of buying some more for other rooms in my house as its roughly the same price as other security cameras on the market but has the 2 way video calling feature as well.
i havent tested device to device calling yet as i only have one but if i get a second i will update my review.

On the first day, the alarm setting proved its worth when my dog found a half-chopped onion. Thanks to the camera alert, I was notified and able to use the two-way calling function to stop him. This camera is a lifesaver!
Make sure you stage at the best possible angle and place to give you a whole view of the room.
May get second one for the other room !
