The app has started crashing. When I try to switch vehicles, it lets me change the first 3 fields and then stops. I have tried updating, uninstalling, clearing cache and data, restaring my phone, and nothing works. SUPER inconvenient since I need to be able to switch vehicle info and reload the transponder while on the go. This needs to be fixed!!!!

The people on the phone were fantastic, but the app stinks. "All" I was trying to do was to order a transponder, which supposedly you can do through the app. Selected "sign up". App crashed. Every time. Eventually ordered on the phone, and created an account, which I was able to access through computer. But if you thought I could access the account through the app, you would be wrong. It simply erases my password and then has the cheek to tell me I need to enter a valid password. Every time.

Can't edit plate in app. Have to go to website to do that (which works fine). Since I have 2 cars but only drive 1 at a time, I just take the transponder with me and change the plate info. Would be nice to do this in the app so I can add money and change plate in the same place. As it is it is easier to just add a link to the webpage on my homescreen instead of use this app. Hoping for a fix soon. I always forget and then have to sign in twice.
