The Connect MS Patient Community connects patients living with Multiple Sclerosis. Through this app, patients can connect within a private peer network to exchange information with their online community. Users can:

What’s New
Version 4.22.2
The app is now called “Connect MS” and open to anyone living with MS in Canada.
The medication tracker has been updated to be more flexible & easier to use, including the ability to track multiple different medications.
A new feature is available for you in the health tools menu to track all of your important appointments in one place.
