We have made strides in advancing the Phase 1B Booster Pump Station and Delivery Points project in Texas. This project is integral to the larger Carrizo-Wilcox Water Project, designed to furnish the Alliance Regional Water Authority with a daily water supply of up to 27 million gallons. This supply will support rapidly expanding regions situated along the I-35 corridor, stretching between Austin and San Antonio. #MWHinTexas

Team members led discussions on proactive safety advocacy and participation. In celebration of #SafetyWeek today, one of our Texas teams at MWH, including Cesar Romo, Juan Hernandez, Marie Olmeda, and Sebastian Lopez (pictured below), participated in a unique team-building activity. They tackled the challenge making sandwiches together while blindfolded. At MWH, we believe that fostering safety values stems from strong relationships, where people can freely share knowledge, have fun, and lean on each other. Our Merrimack Team kicked off safety week with a fall protection stand down conducted by Cesar Ahumada with Sales Solutions, Inc. The stand down not only covered the ABC’s of fall protection but also rescue. Cesar demonstrated the use of suspension trauma straps, rescue ladders, and the use of a rescue winch. #ConstructionSafetyWeek2024
