We have made strides in advancing the Phase 1B Booster Pump Station and Delivery Points project in Texas. This project is integral to the larger Carrizo-Wilcox Water Project, designed to furnish the Alliance Regional Water Authority with a daily water supply of up to 27 million gallons. This supply will support rapidly expanding regions situated along the I-35 corridor, stretching between Austin and San Antonio. #MWHinTexas

In celebration of #SafetyWeek today, one of our Texas teams at MWH, including Cesar Romo, Juan Hernandez, Marie Olmeda, and Sebastian Lopez (pictured below), participated in a unique team-building activity. They tackled the challenge making sandwiches together while blindfolded. At MWH, we believe that fostering safety values stems from strong relationships, where people can freely share knowledge, have fun, and lean on each other. Our projects are highly collaborative, and these relationships keep us adaptive to new and potential hazards, enabling us all to return home safely to our friends and families. #MWHinTexas #SafetyFirstAtMWH #ConstructionSafetyWeek #ConstructionSafetyWeek2024

When it comes to safety, nothing is more important than listening, understanding, and embracing what is communicated in the workplace. Embracing every voice creates an environment where all team members feel valued and heard. When people feel their voice is heard, employee morale and engagement improve, teams are more productive, and a variety of perspectives are brought into the conversation.
