Alex is an extremely detail-oriented Analytical Consultant, with a demonstrated track record of leading projects to success. He has a deep understanding of Surgical Services through his many engagements involving Surgical Flow, Surgical Smoothing, OR Time Allocation (RAM), and flow mapping for capital projects. As our Quality Lead, Alex is responsible for growing our team and developing our standards. Alex is a top-ranking graduate of University of Edinburgh's Master's program in Operations Research.

As a Project Lead, Ashley has an uncanny ability to organize dozens of competing priorities and somehow still manage to get everything done. She has a deep understanding of healthcare systems and the complexities of the many stakeholders, and uses this knowledge to navigate projects to successful completion, time and time again.

Noel leads our development team in designing, developing, and maintaining our core interactive analytical technologies. As a consultant, he brings a uniquely scientific perspective to analytics and predictive modeling. Noel holds a Master's of Applied Science in Biomedical Engineering and has international work experience both as a consultant and engineer.

Qingshan is a technical consultant with a background in application and database programming. Drawing on his education in Computer Science, he has implemented numerous analyses involving complex data manipulation and dynamic reporting. In addition, he has leveraged his 15 years of experience in programming and development to develop interactive user interfaces for simulation models. Qingshan is our 'rock' when it comes to working with big data.

Young is a self-starter Analytical Consultant, who has taken on a leading role in our projects involving health human resource forecasting, surgical efficiencies, and cost sustainability. His professional background includes a range of experiences including military intelligence, non-profit work, as well as, several analytical roles in marketing. He is a genuine team player with exceptional analytical skills.

Maxx is our full stack web developer who has taken a leading role in the development of our newest LightHouse frameworks. She has a keen eye for detail and visual aesthetic that translates to the clean look and feel of our user interfaces. As a creative individual she is able to bring together the best parts many different technologies in a way that just works.
