Senior Analyst, Semiconductors

Claire covers processor research for telecommunications, AI, and data centers. Processor components in her research include CPUs, GPUs, MPUs, ASICs, ASSPs, and FPGAs. She has a background in semiconductors and financial services, which she leverages to aid the analysis.

Before Omdia, she was an analyst for five years at CLSA and Gartner, with a focus on display driver IC (DDIC), CMOS image sensors (CIS), and optoelectronics. Her research also extended to machine vision for smart home, industrial, and automotive applications. She also worked in market intelligence at LG Display and AU Optronics.

Claire holds an MBA from UC Berkeley and a bachelor’s degree in information management from National Sun Yat-Sen University, Taiwan.
