Our Mission
The Rudd Center for Food Policy and Health promotes solutions to food insecurity, poor diet quality, and weight bias through research and policy.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
The Rudd Center for Food Policy and Health envisions an equitable and just nation where people thrive with access to food and health as a human right. As a research and training center, we strive to create an inclusive and diverse environment and approach our work with cultural humility. We aim to share our collective power with populations that have been historically oppressed due to structural racism and other systemic inequities. We value and incorporate community voices and believe that all people deserve a seat at the table.
