By giving us a call, we can help you figure out what to do if you can't pay your debt.
You may be able to:
- Delay a payment to a later date
- Start or change a payment arrangement
- Reduce interest and penalties
- Find other ways to reduce or resolve your debt
Consider setting up a series of automatic payments
For certain debts or payments, you can set up a set of pre-authorized debit payments online or with an automated phone service.

Before you call
When you call, you will need to have your:
- Social Insurance Number or business number
- Full name and date of birth or business name
- Complete personal or business address
- Assessed return, notice of assessment or reassessment, other notices or tax documents, or be signed in to My Account or My Business Account
