The staff member that completed my return over charged me by more than $430, because he failed to record the correct mileage. I estimated 40 miles and only drive 22, but he charged me for 363 miles. That shows he wasn’t paying attention. I only had the truck from 10 am (leaving your storage units) until 3 pm. I couldn’t have driven that many miles and if I was moving 200 miles away, why would drive another 200 to bring it back to hickory? I would’ve dropped it off in another city. I’ve used you many times but after this experience I may go elsewhere!
Pamela B | Overall ExperienceThe facility was absolutely spotless. I had the opportunity to utilize the restroom and it was equally spotless. I rented the truck in Clearwater Florida and returned it in Hickory. Two women were at the front desk during my encounter. The woman operating the right side was super nice and personable, the woman on the left side, not so much. My storage locker was easy to find and I encountered a cleaning lady mopping the floors. She was very nice and greeted me. I found the donation bin to be genius and very accommodating. Overall a very impressive operation and obviously well managed.
