Meet Philip W., our Principal Scientist, Raw Materials, Food Safety! Joining Mars right out of college, he was thrilled to dive into the company and hasn't looked back in his 16+ years with us. "My success is due to the open work environment and adherence to the Five Principles," Philip shares. In his role today, Philip ensures the safety and quality of incoming raw materials, collaborating across Research & Development and Commercial teams. "Together, we embed food safety parameters in the sourcing strategy, safeguarding our product brands." Philip is also an engaged member of UNIFY and Pride Associate Resource Groups, making a difference in the Nashville community through outreach and youth empowerment programs.
