The recommendations contained in the Library of NCCN Compendia are extracted directly from the relevant NCCN Guidelines to support clinical decision-making related to the use of drugs and biologics, biomarker testing, imaging and radiation therapy for patients with cancer. NCCN Compendia are organized by disease type and are reviewed by members of the relevant NCCN panel before publication. NCCN Compendia are updated in conjunction with the NCCN Guidelines on a continual basis.

NCCN Drugs & Biologics Compendium (NCCN Compendium®)
Contains authoritative, scientifically derived information designed to support decision-making about the appropriate use of drugs and biologics in patients with cancer. The NCCN Compendium® is recognized by public and private insurers alike, including CMS and UnitedHealthcare as an authoritative reference for oncology coverage policy.
NCCN Biomarkers Compendium®
Contains information designed to support decision-making around the use of biomarker testing in patients with cancer. Tests that measure changes in genes or gene products and which are used for diagnosis, screening, monitoring, surveillance, or for providing predictive or prognostic information are included in the NCCN Biomarkers Compendium®.
NCCN Radiation Therapy Compendium™
Contains information designed to support decision-making regarding the use of radiation therapy for treatment of patients with cancer. This information includes recommendations pertaining to the clinical scenario, purpose, indication, modality, dosing regimen, clinical notes, disease stage, and histology.
NCCN Imaging Appropriate Use Criteria (NCCN Imaging AUC™)
Includes information designed to support clinical decision-making around the use of imaging in patients with cancer. NCCN Imaging AUC™ include recommendations pertaining to cancer screening, diagnosis, staging, treatment response assessment, follow-up, and surveillance. NCCN is recognized by Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) as a qualified provider-led entity for creation of the NCCN Imaging AUC™.
