The 2019 Energizing Rural NC Conference will be held October 8-9 in Sanford. Local economic developers from all 100 North Carolina counties are being asked to attend this event, as well as community leaders and grassroots influencers they choose to bring. The conference will focus on three workforce topics: talent retention, attraction and development. In each area, EDPNC will present case studies that emphasize actionable strategies that you can take home to inspire successful workforce initiatives in your communities.
