2018 (SENIOR):  Appeared in all 22 matches, making 14 starts on the back line ... Saw 1,371 minutes of action ... Helped the Rebels register seven clean sheets on the season ... Scored three goals, adding one assist for seven total points ... Headed in Ole Miss' lone goal at Minnesota (8/24) ... Scored in back-to-back matches versus Texas A&M (9/28) and at Missouri (10/4) ... Played all 110 minutes in the 1-1 draw against the Aggies ... Assisted on the Rebels' opening goal in the 3-1 win over Arkansas (10/7) ... Was on the pitch for every second of four of Ole Miss' final five matches.

2017 (JUNIOR):  Appeared in and started 19 games during her first season at Ole Miss ... Was a key cog in a Rebel back line that helped Ole Miss to eight shutouts in 2017 ... Registered one goal and one assist for three total assists on the year ... Tallied 14 shots on the year, putting three attempts on frame ... Played every second of 11 matches, including a streak of five consecutive such games ... Played all 110 minutes against Michigan (8/25), dishing out an assist and recording four shots ... Took three shots against Southern Miss (9/3) ... Registered two shots against South Carolina (9/29) ... Scored her first goal in a Rebel kit off of a free kick at Tennessee (10/5).

BYU: Played for two seasons at BYU in 2013 and 2014 before redshirting and transferring to Ole Miss ... appeared in 13 games as a sophomore … helped the Cougars to a 13-win season, including a 7-1-1 record in West Coast Conference action … took five shots on the year … helped the defense record 10 shutouts ... started every match at outside back as a freshman in 2013 … recorded goals against Oklahoma, LMU and Weber State … ranked No. 93 in the TopDrawerSoccer Midseason Freshman Top 100 … became only the second freshman in BYU history to score a goal in the NCAA Tournament with her PK against Weber State … helped the Cougars to a 15-1-1 record and an appearance in the second round of the NCAA Tournament … played no less than 72 minutes in every game, and helped tally 10 shutouts on the season.

HIGH SCHOOL: Two time First Team All-State recipient at Viewmont HS … Helped her team to the 5A State Finals from 2010-12, including the state championship in 2012 … Named the Region 2 MVP and team MVP that season … Named her school's freshman female athlete of the year … Also a two-year member of the track and field team … Named to the 2012 All-Region Academic Team.

PERSONAL: The former Ella Johnson … Married her husband, Blake Frischknecht, during the summer of 2018 ... Born November 4, 1994 … Daughter of Matt and Brooke Johnson … Has three brothers, Gibson, McKay and Lewis, and one sister, Grace … Grace also plays for Ole Miss as a defender ... Gibson is currently on the Hawaii men's basketball team … McKay currently plays basketball at Utah Valley … Father, Matt, was formerly on the men's golf team at Utah.
