CROSS COUNTRY: Earned All-America honors after finishing 27th at NCAA II National Championships…also earned All-Region honors after finishing sixth at the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships…collected his third All-GLVC award with a 4th-place finish at the GLVC Championships, while also earning Academic All-GLVC honors…finishes as one of the top three USI runners in six meets and was the top Eagle runner on three occasions. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Earned All-America honors as a part of the distance medley relay team’s fourth-place finish and his fifth place finish in the 3,000-meters at the NCAA II Championships…broke the school-record as a part of the DMR relay with a time of 9:43.91 at the NCAA II Championships…picked up three All-Region awards in the mile, 3,000-meters, and DMR…First-Team All-GLVC in the 3,000-meters and DMR with wins in both events at the GLVC Championships…finished first and earned provisional times in the mile at the Don DeNoon Invitational and the 3,000-meters at the GVSU Big Meet…also won the 3,000-meters at the Little Giant Open. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Earned second-team All-America honors in the 3,000-meter steeplechase after an 11th-place finish at the NCAA Division II Track & Field Championships…moved to second in USI history with an NCAA II provisional time of 8:57.02 at the Mt. Sac Relays…earned all-region honors and was named first-team All-GLVC honors in the steeplechase with a first-place finish at the GLVC Championships…earned second-team All-GLVC honors in the 5,000-meters after a runner-up performance, while also garnering an Academic All-GLVC nod.

2015-16
CROSS COUNTRY: Earned All-Midwest Region and All-GLVC honors after finishing ninth at the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships and eighth at the GLVC Championships...was USI's top finisher at the regional meet...ran in the NCAA II National Championships, but did not finish...was USI's No. 3 finisher at the GLVC meet as well as the Greater Louisville Classic...earned Academic All-GLVC honors. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Earned a pair of All-Midwest Region honors for his efforts in the mile and USI's distance medley relay (DMR)...earned first-team All-GLVC honors in both the mile and the DMR...finished first in the mile and fifth in the 800 meters at the GLVC Indoor Championships...also helped USI's DMR to a first-place finish and a school-record time at the GLVC Indoor Championships...also helped USI's DMR to an 11th-place showing at the NCAA II Indoor Championships...posted an NCAA II provisional time in the mile at the GVSU Big Meet...was first in the mile at the DePauw Indoor Classic and first in the 800 meters at the UIndy Challenge. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Earned first-team All-America honors in the steeplechase after finishing sixth in the event at the NCAA II Outdoor Championships...earned All-Midwest Region honors for his efforts in the steeplechase...also posted a pair of NCAA II provisional times in the 5,000 meters...finished third in the steeplechase at the GLVC Outdoor Championships...won the 1,500 meters at the Bellarmine Classic and the Bill Smith Challenge...also helped USI's 4x800-meter relay team to a first-place finish at the Bill Smith Challenge...earned Academic All-GLVC honors.

2014-15
CROSS COUNTRY: Earned Academic All-GLVC honors...was a top-five runner for the Eagles in their first three meets before an injury kept him out of the post-season...was the Eagles' No. 3 finisher at the Greater Louisville Classic and their No. 4 finisher at the Stegemoller Classic and the UK Bluegrass Invitational. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Earned first-team All-GLVC honors after helping USI's distance medley relay team to a first-place finish at the GLVC Championships...also earned All-Midwest Region accolades after helping the Eagles' DMR squad to an NCAA II provisional qualifying time...also competed in the 800 meters, the mile, and the 3,000 meters during the season...finished 28th in the mile at the GLVC Championships. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Earned All-Midwest Region honors after posting NCAA II provisional qualifying times in the 3,000-meter steeplechase...competed primarily in the steeplechase, where he finished third at the GLVC Championships and 17th at the NCAA II Championships...also compete in the 1,500 meters and the 5,000 meters during the year...earned Academic All-GLVC honors for track & field.

2013-14
CROSS COUNTRY: Did not compete. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in the 800 meters as well as the 4x400-meter relays during the indoor season...finished 24th in the 800 meters at the GLVC Championships. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Participated primarily in the 3,000-meter steeplechase, finishing sixth in the event at the GLVC Championships...was second in the steeplechase at the Billiken Invitational and EIU Last Chance Twilight...also ran the 5,000 meters at the Washington Invitational.

2012-13
CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in four meets as a freshman, running in USI's top seven once...finished 24th at the GLVC Championships and was 12th at the Fast Cats Classic. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Did not compete. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Did not compete.
