2016-17
CROSS COUNTRY: Appeared in all seven meets for USI as a senior finishing as the top Eagle runner at the Gabby Reuvent Early Bird…finished with All-GLVC and All-Region honors after placing sixth at the GLVC Championships and 10th at the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships…earned All-American honors for the first time after a 35th-place finish at the NCAA II National Championships...also earned Academic All-GLVC honors. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Appeared mainly in the 3,000-meters and 5,000-meters, earning a top-five finish in both…finished third in the 5,000-meters and ninth in the 3,0000-meters at the GLVC Championships…made one appearance each n the 800-meters and mile. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Improved to seventh in school history with his performance in the 10,000-meters at the Mt. Sac Relays…his time of 29:47.77 earned an NCAA II provisional…qualified for the NCAA Division II Track & Field Championships for the first time where he finished 13th in the 10,000-meters…also earned an NCAA II provisional and first-team All-GLVC honors with a victory in the 5,000-meters at the GLVC Championships…earned a victory in the 5,000-meters at the WashU Invite…made one appearance in the 1,500-meters...earned Academic All-GLVC honors.
2015-16
CROSS COUNTRY: Earned All-GLVC and Academic All-GLVC honors after finishing fourth at the GLVC Championships...was 26th at the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships, missing out on All-Region by one spot (less than four seconds)...missed out on All-America honors by five spots (less than nine seconds) when he finished 45th at the NCAA II National Championships...was USI's No. 2 finisher at the GLVC Championships and the NCAA II National Championships as well as USI's No. 3 finisher at the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships...ran in USI's top three in all seven meets. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed primarily in the 3,000 and 5,000 meters...finished fifth in the 5,000 meters and sixth in the 3,000 meters at the GLVC Indoor Championships...posted a pair of NCAA II provisional qualifying times in the 5,000 meters...also made an appearance in the mile. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Earned second-team All-GLVC honors after finishing second in the 10,000 meters at the GLVC Outdoor Championships...also finished fifth in the 5,000 meters at the GLVC Championships...posted a pair of NCAA II provisional qualifying times in the 10,000 meters...earned Academic All-GLVC honors.
2014-15
CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in USI's top seven five times during his sophomore campaign...finished 18th at the GLVC Championships and 36th at the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships...was 124th at the NCAA II National Championships. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Crossed the finish line in the 5,000 meters at the GLVC Championships in eighth place...also competed in the mile and the 3,000 meters during the indoor season. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Earned second-team All-GLVC honors in the 10,000 meters with his second-place finish in the event at the GLVC Championships...also finished 10th in the 5,000 meters at the GLVC Championships...was less than a quarter of a second away from earning an NCAA II provisional qualifying time in the 5,000 meters when he finished 10th in the event at the Hillsdale "Gina" Relays...also competed in the 1,500 meters during the outdoor campaign.
2013-14
CROSS COUNTRY: Earned All-Midwest Region honors after finishing 18th at the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships...garnered All-GLVC honors and was named the GLVC Freshman of the Year after finishing eighth at the GLVC Championships...was USI's No. 3 finisher as he finished 94th at the NCAA II National Championships...ran top seven for the Eagles in five meets and was top five for USI in four meets. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Finished 11th in the mile at the GLVC Championships...also competed in the 3,000 meters and the 5,000 meters. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in the 5,000 meters and the 10,000 meters...finished seventh in the 10,000 meters at the GLVC Championships.
