CROSS COUNTRY: Earned her first career All-America award after leading most of the NCAA II National Championships before finishing ninth…was the Midwest Region Runner of the Year and earned All-Region after a victory at the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships…finished the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships with a school-record time of 20:08.90…was runner-up at the GLVC Championships to finish with an All-GLVC nod…scored in all seven of USI’s meets as a senior, finishing in the top-two in every race and also earning Academic All-GLVC honors. 

2015-16
CROSS COUNTRY: Earned All-Midwest Region honors after finishing 16th at the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships...was 49th at the NCAA II National Championships...earned All-GLVC and Academic All-GLVC honors after posting a fourth-place finish at the GLVC Championships...was USI's No. 2 finisher in all seven of the Eagles' meets. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Finished third in the 5,000 meters and fifth in the 3,000 meters at the GLVC Indoor Championships...posted a pair of NCAA II provisional qualifying times in the 5,000 meters...earned a win in the 3,000 meters at the UIndy Challenge. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Qualified for the NCAA II Outdoor Championships in the 10,000 meters after posting a provisional mark at the Mt. SAC Relays, but was unable to compete after suffering an injury in the race she qualified in...also posted a provisional qualifying time in the 5,000 meters...won the 1,500 meters and helped USI's 4x800-meter relay team to a first-place finish at the Bill Smith Challenge...earned Academic All-GLVC honors.

TRANSFER
Transferred from Midwest Region foe Saginaw Valley State University where she earned All-Midwest Region honors as a junior in 2013...finished 23rd-place at the 2013 NCAA II Midwest Region Cross Country Championships, helping the Cardinals to a second-place finish in one of the toughest regions in the nation...was sidelined by an injury in 2014-15...also earned All-GLIAC honors in the 10,000 meters on the track as a sophomore in 2013.

HIGH SCHOOL
Graduated from Meridian High School in Sanford, Michigan, where she earned varsity letters in cross country and track & field...was a three-time state qualifier in cross country...also was a state qualifier on the track in the one mile and the two mile runs as a senior...named track and cross country team captain her senior year...was a member of the honor roll all four years and graduated sixth in her class...received second-team Academic All-Conference...earned Academic All-State honors in cross country her junior and senior years.
