2019-20
CROSS COUNTRY:
Earned All-GLVC and Academic All-GLVC honors at the conference meet...finished eighth at the GLVC Championships and was 28th at the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships...also finished 167th at the NCAA II National Championships...finished in the USI's top seven in five out of the six meets he competed in.
INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Grabbed Academic All-GLVC laurels after competing in five meets for USI in the mile, 3,000 & 5,000 meters and distance medley relay...finished first in the mile at the Greyhound Invitational...a member of the distance medley relay team that took fifth at the GLVC Championships...received James R. Spaulding GLVC Sportmanship honors.

2018-19
OVERALL: Earned Academic All-District IV honors for cross country/track & field.
CROSS COUNTRY: Earned All-Midwest Region honors as well as All-GLVC accolades following his efforts at the conference and regional meets...finished eighth at the GLVC Championships and was 20th at the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships...also finished 143rd at the NCAA II National Championships...finished in USI's top seven in all of the six meets he competed in.
INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Did not compete. 
OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Earned first-team All-GLVC honors in the 3,000-meter steeplechase and was second-team All-GLVC in the 1,500 meters...won the steeplechase at the GLVC Championships and was second in the 1,500 meters...finished 19th in the steeplechase at the NCAA II Outdoor Championships after posting a season-best and NCAA II provisional time of 8:59.91 at the Dr. Keeler Invitational.

2017-18
CROSS COUNTRY:
Collected All-GLVC and Academic All-GLVC laurels after finishing 15th at the GLVC Championships...was 101st at the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships and 157th at the NCAA II National Championships...competed in six meets, running top seven for the Eagles in each of those events...won the silver race of the Greater Louisville Classic.
INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Earned Academic All-GLVC honors after competing in four meets and four events--the mile, 3,000 meters, 5,000 meters and distance medley relay--during the outdoor season...finished ninth in the 5,000 meters at the GLVC Championships.
OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Did not compete.

2016-17
CROSS COUNTRY:
Appeared in all seven meets for USI scoring for the Eagles on six occasions…earned All-GLVC and GLVC Freshman of the Year honors after placing 13th at the GLVC Championships, while also adding Academic All-GLVC honors…finished 49th and 164th at the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships and NCAA II Championships…placed 164th at the NCAA II Championships. 
INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Ran at five different meets competing in the 800-meters, mile, 3,000-meters, and 5,000-meters…finished 12th in the 5,000-meters at the GLVC Championships. 
OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in four different events as a freshman in 2017…made the most appearances in the 3,000-meter steeplechase, running it on three occasions…finished third in the steeple at the GLVC Championships, and also competed in the 5,000-meters at the conference meet, finishing 5th…also made two appearances in the 1,500-meters and one in the 10,000-meters...earned Academic All-GLVC.

HIGH SCHOOL
Graduated from Kickapoo High School in Springfield, Missouri, where he was the SWCCAA Runner of the Year in 2014 and 2015...earned All-State honors after finishing ninth at the MHSAA Class 4A Cross Country Championships in 2014...was 26th as a senior at the MHSAA Class 4A Cross Country Championships...was a four-time All-District honoree as well as a two-time Ozark Conference and sectional champion...qualified for the MHSAA Class 5A Track & Field Championships in both the 1,600 meters and the 3,200 meters as a senior in 2016 and in the 1,600 meters as a junior in 2015...was fourth in the 3,200 meters and ninth in the 1,600 meters at the state meet in 2016 after finishing 13th in the 1,600 meters in 2015.
