CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in two meets, with a season-best 45th finish in the GLVC Championships.
2020-21
CROSS COUNTRY: Garnered All-GLVC and Academic All-GLVC honors after finishing 12th at the GLVC Championships...finished ninth at the season-opening GLVC Triangular and was 15th at the GLVC East Divisional...was USI's No. 4 runner at both the GLVC Triangular and GLVC Championships, while finishing as USI's No. 5 runner at the GLVC East Divisional.
INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Ran the 3,000 and 5,000 meters during the indoor season.
OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Posted an NCAA II provisional qualifying time with his fifth-place finish in the 10,000 meters at the GLVC Championships...was 14th in the 5,000 meters at the league meet...also ran the 1,500 meters during the outdoor season...collected Academic All-GLVC laurels.
2019-20
CROSS COUNTRY: Earned Academic All-GLVC laurels after finishing 29th both at the GLVC Championships and the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships...also finished 181st at the NCAA II National Championships...finished in the USI's top seven in all of the six meets he competed in.
INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Collected Academic All-GLVC honors after competing in four meets for USI in the mile, 3000 and 5,000 meters...finished eighth at the GLVC Championships in the 5,000 meters (15:13.72)...also finished sixth at the Greyhound Invitational in the 3,000 meters (8:57.46).
2018-19
CROSS COUNTRY: Earned All-GLVC and Academic All-GLVC honors after finishing 13th at the GLVC Championships and 33rd at the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships...also was 174th at the NCAA II National Championships...ran top seven for the Eagles in all six meets he competed in, and was top five in five of those meets.
INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Earned second-team All-GLVC and Academic All-GLVC accolades after finishing second in the 5,000 meters and sixth in the 3,000 meters at the GLVC Championships...also competed in the mile during the indoor season, where he appeared in five meets.
OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Was seventh in the 5,000 meters at the season-opening Bellarmine Invitational, but did not compete in any other meets during the outdoor season.
2017-18
CROSS COUNTRY: Earned Academic All-GLVC honors after competing in five meets and finishing 78th at the GLVC Championships...ran top seven for the Eagles in two meets...was eighth in the silver race at the Greater Louisville Classic.
INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Ran the mile, 3,000 meters and 5,000 meters during the indoor season...finished 14th in the 5,000 meters at the GLVC Championships.
OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Appeared in the 5,00 meters, 10,000 meters and 3,000-meter steeplechase during the outdoor campaign...competed in the steeplechase at the GLVC Championships, but did not finish...earned Academic All-GLVC honors.
HIGH SCHOOL
Graduated from Mt. Carmel High School in Mt. Carmel, Illinois, where he finished 39th at the IHSA Class 1A Cross Country Championships as a junior in 2015...also was 39th at the Nike Cross Country Midwest Regional Championships as a senior in 2016.
