INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Won the GLVC Indoor Championships in the 5,000 meters, giving him first-team All-GLVC honors…ran the mile, 3,000 meters, and 5,000 meters across six meets…earned second place in the 3,000 meters in the GLVC Indoor Championships, declaring him second-team All-GLVC.
OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Collected his first-career athletic All-America honor after placing 11th in the 10,000 meters in the NCAA II Outdoor Championships…named first-team All-GLVC after winning the 10,000 meters in the outdoor championships, notching the NCAA II provisional mark…awarded second-team All-GLVC for his second-place performance in the 5,000 meters in the outdoor championships…competed in the NCAA II Outdoor National Championships in the 10,000 meters…given the GLVC Outdoor Male Track Athlete of the Week award…tallied six top-10 finishes through six meets...nabbed Academic All-GLVC honors.
2020-21
OVERALL: Named Academic All-District for the third straight season.
INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Earned All-Midwest Region honors in the 5,000 meters...finished 15th in the 5,000 meters at the NCAA II Championships after posting an NCAA II automatic qualifying time of 13:58.75 during his first-place finish at the Samford Open...his time ranks second all-time at USI and was just 2.45 seconds shy of Elly Rono's indoor school record...also posted an NCAA II provisional qualifying time with his first-place finish in the 3,000 meters at the Kentucky Collegiate Invite.
OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in just one race during the outdoor season, posting a fourth-place finish in the 1,500 meters...earned Academic All-GLVC laurels.
2019-20
OVERALL: Earned second-team Academic All-America laurels as well as Academic All-District IV accolades for the second straight year.
CROSS COUNTRY: Voted GLVC Scholar Athlete of the Year for the third straight year...collected All-GLVC and Academic honors at the conference meet...finished fifth at the GLVC Championships...also finished 99th at the NCAA II National Championships...finished in the USI's top seven in five out of the six meets he competed in and was the No. 1 finisher for USI at the Trevecca Division II Showcase, placing third overall.
INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Garnered USTFCCCA All-Midwest Region honors in the 5,000 meters...earned first-team All-GLVC honors in the 3,000 meters after winning the event at the GLVC Indoor Championships...also was second at the league meet in the 5,000 meters, earning second-team All-Conference honors in the event...had another victory at the UAB Vulcan Invitational...recorded four different NCAA II provisional qualifying marks, two in both the 3,000 and 5,000 meters.

CROSS COUNTRY: Named GLVC Scholar Athlete of the Year as well as GLVC Runner of the Year for the second straight season after earning his second straight GLVC title with his first-place finish at the league meet...also earned All-Midwest Region honors with a 10th-place finish at the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships...was 75th at the NCAA II National Championships and was the No. 1 finisher for USI in four of the six meets he competed in...also garnered first-place finishes at the Lewis Conference Crossover asl well as the Festival Year Fiasco...earned All-GLVC as well as Academic All-GLVC laurels; and was a two-time GLVC Runner of the Week.

CROSS COUNTRY: Was the GLVC Runner of the Year as well as the GLVC Scholar Athlete of the Year after finishing first at the GLVC Championships...his father, Jim Nolan, won four GLVC titles from 1980-83...earned All-Midwest Region, All-GLVC and Academic All-GLVC honors...finished 16th at the NCAA II Midwest Region Championships and was 98th at the NCAA II National Championships...finished sixth at the Covered Bridge Open and was 16th at the Stegemoller Classic...also was USI's No. 3 finisher at the Conference Crossover.
INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Earned first-team All-GLVC accolades in both the 3,000 and 5,000 meters after winning both events at the GLVC Championships...ran an NCAA II provisional qualifying time in the 5,000 meters at the GVSU Big Meet...also competed in the mile as well as the distance medley relay during the indoor season.
OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Collected second-team All-GLVC honors after finishing second in the 5,000 meters and sixth in the 1,500 meters at the GLVC Championships...won the 3,000 meters and was second in the 1,500 meters at the KWC Invitational...posted an NCAA II provisional qualifying time in the 10,000 meters at the Dr. Keeler Invitational.
2016-17
CROSS COUNTRY: Appeared in five meets as a freshman finishing in USI’s top-seven at the Gabby Reuvent Early Bird…placed 25th at he GLVC Championships and earned Academic All-GLVC honors.
INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Ran at four meets and competed in four events as a freshman…appeared in the 800-meters and mile once and the 3,000-meters and 5,000-meters twice…finished 10th in the 5,000-meters at the GLVC Championships.
OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Earned the GLVC Championship in the 10,000-meters by defeating the field at the conference meet…the effort earned the freshman first-team All-GLVC honors…also ran in the 5,000-meters at the GLVC Championships, finishing seventh…competed in the 1,500-meters three times earning top-10 finishes in all three...earned Academic All-GLVC honors.
HIGH SCHOOL
Graduated from Reitz High School in Evansville, Indiana, where he earned varsity letters in cross country and track & field...was a four-time All-SIAC honoree...finished 92nd at the IHSAA State Cross Country Championships as a senior in 2015 after posting three first-place finishes during the regular-season...finished his career ranked No. 2 on RHS's all-time 5k list after winning the 2015 regional championship with a personal-best mark of 15:39.

Is the son of USI and GLVC Hall of Fame member Jim Nolan and former USI Women's Cross Country coach Tammy Nolan...brother, Trent Nolan, was a two-time All-GLVC honoree on the cross country course.
