2019: Appeared in 24 games, making 13 starts inside the circle in her final year with the Eagles...went 7-4 with a 3.88 ERA and .318 opponent batting average as a senior...worked 66.2 innings, posting one combined shutout...recorded a hit in her only plate appearance of the year in USI's 8-1 loss to Grand Valley State in the championship round of the NCAA II Midwest Region Tournament.

2018: Arguably the unsung hero of the postseason for the Eagles after posting a 1-0 record with a 0.43 ERA in four appearance and 16.1 innings of work...battling injury, Smith came in against Grand Valley State in the NCAA II Midwest Region #1 championship to throw 5.1 shutout innings of relief ball in the Eagles' 5-3 loss to the Lakers...came back 30 minutes later to hold the No. 9 Lakers to just one run in USI's 2-1 win in the "if necessary game", allowing USI to advance to Super Regionals...in the NCAA II Softball Championship, USI needed a change-of-pace to starter Jennifer Leonhardt late in the game-one win over Saint Anselm and Smith, once again, delivered for the Eagles, holding the Hawks off the scoreboard and setting up the Eagles for the game-two win that followed, which secured USI's first-ever national championship...on the year, Smith was 6-5 with a 2.75 ERA and a .294 opponent batting average in 86.2 innings of work...she had four complete games and combined for two shutouts.

2017: Was sidelined due to injury in 2017.

2016: Appeared in 29 games in the pitcher's circle, making 22 starts, during her first year at USI...was 11-8 with a team-best two saves and a 2.91 ERA...had 11 complete games, a .285 opponent batting average, and 56 strikeouts in a137.1 innings of work...had a season-high five strikeouts in USI's game-two loss to Bellarmine and in USI's game-one win over Quincy...had a four-hit shutout in her first collegiate game...did not give a run in her first 12.2 innings of collegiate softball and did not give up an earned run in her first 14.2 innings of work...also had 10 at-bats during the season...posted a .200 batting average with an RBI and a run scored.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Notre Dame Academy in Park Hills, Kentucky, where she earned varsity letters in basketball and softball...while at NDA, Smith earned Kentucky Enquirer Player of the Year honors twice...she was the Northern Kentucky Softball Coaches' Association Player of the Year in 2015 after earning All-State honors as a sophomore and junior...hit .431 with 33 doubles, 11 triples, seven home runs and 133 RBIs during her three years at NDA...also posted a 55-12 record with a 1.05 ERA and 440 strikeouts in her last three years of high school...started her prep career at Ryle High School in Union, Kentucky, where she earned a spot on the varsity team as a seventh grader in 2010...as an eighth grader in 2011, was named the Kentucky Enquirer Player of the Year as well as an Underclassmen All-American by MaxPreps.com after hitting .431 with two home runs and 45 RBIs...also was 31-8 with a 1.42 ERA and 181 strikeouts in 2011...finished her three-year career at RHS with a .432 batting average and 93 RBIs...was a two-time All-State honoree at RHS...in six years of prep softball, recorded a .431 batting average, 61 doubles, 20 triples, nine home runs, and 232 RBIs...also had a 117-31-1 record in the pitcher's circle with 803 strikeouts, 45 shutouts, and just 171 walks...threw two career perfect games.

TRAVEL: Played for the Cincy Doom Elite and the Kentucky Pride Elite Gold.
