2018-19: Earned Academic All-GLVC honors for the fourth straight year after laying in all of USI's 29 games and making four starts during her final season with the Eagles...averaged 4.9 points and 5.9 rebounds per contest...was third on the team and 14th in the GLVC in rebounding...was 13th in the conference in offensive rebounds (2.17 orpg)...scored at least 10 points four times and pulled down 10 or more rebounds three times...had her first-career double-double with 11 points and 11 rebounds in USI's loss to Truman State...had a season-high 11 points twice and pulled down a career-high 12 rebounds in USI's loss at Bellarmine.

2017-18: Collected Academic All-GLVC accolades after playing in all of USI's 31 games, averaging 3.5 points, 3.4 rebounds and 1.2 assists per game...scored a season-high 10 points in USI's win over Grace and pulled down a season-best seven rebounds in the Eagles' home win over Wisconsin-Parkside...matched a career-high three assists six times...also matched career highs in steals (2) against McKendree and blocks (2) against Illinois Springfield...averaged 16.4 minutes per contest.

2016-17: Garnered Academic All-GLVC laurels after appearing in 25 games and averaging 7.9 minutes per contest...contributed 1.3 points and 2.2 rebounds per game...had a season-high five points in USI's win over Puerto Rico-Rio Piedras and a season-best eight rebounds in USI's win over Young Harris...dished out a season-high three steals in the Eagles' victory over Roosevelt and had two steals in USI's home win over McKendree.

2015-16: Earned Academic All-GLVC honors...played in 25 games, making 10 starts, in her first year of collegiate basketball...averaged 4.7 points and 3.0 rebounds per contest...recorded double-figures in the scoring column twice, including a season-best 15 in USI's loss to Quincy...had a season-best seven rebounds and two blocks in the Eagles' win over Missouri-St. Louis.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Northview High School in Brazil, Indiana, where she earned varsity letters in basketball, track & field, and volleyball...was a three-time Indiana Basketball Coaches' Association honorable mention All-State award winner...three-time All-Conference honoree and NHS's most valuable player, Rowan averaged 20.3 points, 10.9 rebounds, 1.7 assists, and 1.5 steals per game as a senior in 2014-15...averaged 15.9 points, 10.4 rebounds, 1.5 assists, and 1.9 steals per game as a junior in 2013-14.
