We help customers meet Utility and ISO control requirements. It’s exciting to bring equipment together to work as a cohesive, efficient system.
We start by understanding our client’s needs. One way we do this is by creating a system block diagram to show Trimark’s equipment and scope. Our customers often rely on our diagrams to make sure everyone is on the same page.
I help users put Vantage to work for effective resource management. As a bridge between customers and our software team, I write documentation delivered on every system screen that explains Vantage functions such as controls and reporting. That answers most user’s questions right on the spot.
Last summer when temperatures topped 117 degrees and power demand reached a record 52 GW, California faced a real threat of blackouts. Our team worked nights and weekends to commission SCADA to control two BESS resources that added 227 MW of critical reserves just in time to help avoid a crisis.
Trimark’s meters support billions of dollars in transactions and RECs. Accurate meter data also informs split-second control decisions required for a stable and reliable grid. Owners trust me to attest that their meter data is accurate; and that’s a job I take seriously.
