Failure to comply with this or any other official rule will result in disqualification. Mail your entry in a hand addressed business-size (#10) envelope with first-class postage affixed, to: 4 Wheel Parts c/o 2019 Polaris SxS Giveaway, 400 West Artesia Blvd., Compton, CA 90220. All entries must be received by midnight on March 31, 2019. Limit one entry per envelope sent. No mechanically reproduced entries are permitted. Illegible / incomplete entries are void. 4WP is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, postage due, misdirected entries or entries not received in time for the random drawing (to be held on April 4, 2019). If an entry form is drawn but judges are unable to determine the winner because of illegible writing, or if the entry form is incomplete, that entry form will be disqualified. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery. Once submitted, entries become the sole property of 4WP and will not be acknowledged or returned.

GRAND PRIZE DRAWING:
On April 4, 2019 at 4WP's store in Compton CA, one (1) name ("FINALISTS") will be randomly drawn from all entries. The name drawn will win the selection of their choice of one (1) 2-seat 2019 Polaris RZR XP® 1000, or 3-seat 2019 RANGER XP 1000, or 2-seat 2019 Polaris GENERAL 1000. 4WP will notify the winner by phone via the phone number(s) provided on the entry form or by the phone number provided at the time of purchase. If the winner does not answer the phone, 4WP will attempt to leave a message. If for any reason, the winner is not present or available to accept the prize, he or she will forfeit the opportunity to win the Grand Prize. No new Finalist will be selected.

ELIGIBILITY:
The Sweepstakes is open to any individual who is 18 years of age or older and is a legal U.S. citizen. Officers, directors, volunteers, and employees of 4WP and members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, and sibling) and persons residing in their households are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize. Void where prohibited by law. Sweepstakes are subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to the terms and conditions of these Official Rules.

GRAND PRIZE:
One (1) 2019 2-seat RZR XP 1000, or 3-seat 2019 RANGER XP 1000, or 2-seat Polaris General (miles may be put on the vehicle before it is awarded to winner). The total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Grand Prize is $18,000. Any difference between actual value and stated value of the Grand Prize will not be awarded. To take delivery of the Grand Prize, winner must present a valid driver's license, evidence of insurance and any other information required by state law. Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, license, title and registration fees and any other expenses related to acceptance and use of the car. No prize substitution will be provided. The Grand Prize is not transferable prior to award. The winner's name may be published by 4WP.

COLLECTION OF AWARD:
The Grand Prize winner will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and a publicity release and other documents including but not limited to tax documents, as applicable, except where prohibited by law.

TAX ISSUES:
4WP will report all prize winnings to the appropriate state and federal agencies as required by applicable law. Winner is responsible for all tax consequences (on any) of the prizes. Winner acknowledges this responsibility by entering the sweepstakes.

LIABILITY/GENERAL RULES:
4WP is not responsible for any loss, which may occur in connection with the Sweepstakes. 4WP is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by tampering, hacking or by any of the equipment or programming associated with the Sweepstakes. Prizes cannot be substituted, assigned or transferred by winners. 4WP reserves the right to disqualify entrants who fail to follow these Official Rules and regulations or who make any misrepresentations relative to the Sweepstakes and redemption of a prize.

PUBLICITY AUTHORIZATION:
Each winner agrees to permit 4WP to utilize his/her name and likeness in promotional and other 4WP materials, without additional compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.

MISCELLANEOUS:
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and 4WP in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of California, USA. Under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorney's fees, other than entrant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes). Furthermore, entrant agrees that any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
