Our beautiful coastal location and its graceful but hardy dune grasses were the inspiration for our creative collaborators, J. Hill's Standard and John Galvin Design. These like-minded Irish design houses share our ethos of preserving traditional Irish crafts not by adhering to old rules, but by turning them in a contemporary direction.

The Chosen is a special release of a cask-strength 27-Year-Old Irish Single Malt. This rare, mature whiskey is presented in a unique hand-cut crystal decanter, housed in a handmade ash cabinet, both the products of time honoured techniques in Ireland.

The Chosen is contained in a crystal decanter designed by J. Hill's Standard, one of Ireland’s most renowned glass makers. Each hand blown and hand cut decanter is utterly unique.

Corry is renowned as a region of great natural beauty; they have unbelievable wild flowers and wild grasses on the dunes and we sought to capture a sense of that."

The Chosen is a limited 100-bottle release of a single-cask 27-Year-Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey. Each crystal decanter is encased in its own individual wooden cabinet, handmade by John Galvin. We chose ash wood for our cabinet as not only is the ash tree indigenous to Ireland, it is associated with protection and enchantment in Irish Folklore.
