Third annual Community Health Expo planned this weekend

Complementary health services and health and wellness-related information will be available from 1-5 p.m. Sunday (April 28) outside the Student Recreation Center. The two-mile Community Health Walk will begin at 2:30 p.m. and the run will begin at 3:30 p.m.

  • Commuter Student Summer Send-Off set for today

    Join Commuter Student Programs at noon today (April 25) at Elizabeth Moore Hall for yard games, music, an ice cream bar, prizes and the announcement of the Commuter Student of the Year and winner of a free parking giveaway.

  • University community invited to retirement celebration for Kathy Clingerman

    Clingerman is retiring after more than four decades at WVU, including 37 years working for the Mountainlair Student Union Reservations Office. Colleagues and friends are invited to celebrate her retirement from 1-3 p.m. on May 2 in the Mountainlair, Mountaineer Room.

  • Community invited to Champagne for SANEs fundraiser

    The WVU Council for Gender Equity will host its eighth annual event from 4-9 p.m. tomorrow (April 25) at Table 9 to benefit the West Virginia Foundation for Rape Information and Services’ Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner’s Fund.

  • Passing of the Rifle Ceremony set for this week

    Mikel Hager will officially pass on the rifle and Mountaineer mascot responsibilities to Braden Adkins during the Passing of the Rifle Ceremony Friday (April 26). A reception will be held at 5 p.m. in the Mountainlair, Vandalia Lounge, followed by the program at 6 p.m. in the Gluck Theatre.

  • Registration open for Kid’s Night Out

    Your child is invited to join Campus Rec for a fun “summer camp experience” during the school year from 5:30-9 p.m. Friday (April 26). Open to children ages 5-12, Kid’s Night Out offers a positive and affordable opportunity for children to interact with peers while parents/guardians enjoy an evening out.
