Located in Los Angeles's thriving Arts District, Ford Factory was originally one of six identical factories built to manufacture Ford Model T automobiles from 1913 to 1929.

The factory building was developed and repurposed as creative office space while creating a new green paseo to provide outdoor lounging and greenery between the existing factory building and a newly added parking garage. Rockefeller Kempel Architects returned the beautiful façade to its former glory by revealing the historic brick and displaying the original expanse of glass. Original mushroom-cap columns, among many other valuable architectural elements throughout the building, were salvaged wherever possible to retain the identity of the building's history. The team is LEED Gold certified through the United States Green Building Council (USGBC).
