Accommodation
Our small resort is laid out in two sections. Set just behind the reception building and right on the shore are four
attractive one-bedroom beach villas, built in traditional West Indian style. They stand in a line, slightly staggered and separated by palms
and bushes, their walls bright white and touched with blue in the wooden window surrounds. The four pointed red tin roofs stand
out prettily against the greenery and the sky.
Inside, they are brightly painted and comfortably furnished in a simple but attractive style whilst each has its own wooden deck
with a view through the palms to the sea and the bedrooms are upstairs in the pitched roof. Set on the hillside
on the other side of the pool area are the six ocean view villas and our new studio apartment, all with stunning views over the bay. As well as our private 3 Bedroomed garden villa..
Again they are surrounded by greenery, but here the architectural style is a variation on the local St Barths
‘case’ theme
and they are brightly coloured in yellows, purples and greens, but are still built with the same distinctive pitched red tin roofs.

Beach Front Villas
Four one-bedroom villas are located right on the beach, each with a covered terrace opening onto a garden and just a few feet
from the golden sand of St Jean beach. Lie in your hammock or sun lounger at sunset and watch the windsurfers and the fishermen
haul in their lobster pots over a turquoise Caribbean Sea.
Ocean View Villas
Our six garden villas (4 one bedroom and 2 two bedrooms) are set back from the beach on the gentle hillside and are surrounded by lush
tropical gardens, giving spectacular ocean views. Relax in the calm of your terrace shaded by palm trees gently swaying in time with the waves.
GARDEN VILLA
We have one garden villa located within the complex of Les Ilets de la Plage. This villa has three large bedrooms
(sleeps 6) with 2 bathrooms and is perfect for a group of friends or a family or a couple wanting privacy.
It has a large open plan living area, fully equipped kitchen, dining area,
enclosed garden with sun loungers, parasols and a BBQ.
It is located on the ground level, is very private and has its own parking spot..
with St Jean Beach just seconds away and the town and shops a mere five minutes’ walk.
LE STUDIO APARTMENT
This large studio (55sq metres) is fully air-conditioned, open plan and all on one level. The living area is perfectly formed,
comprising comfortable seating as well as dining table and chairs.
