UCLA duo claims Pac-12 beach volleyball pair of the week

PAIR OF THE WEEK: Izzy Carey (Jr., Westlake Village, Calif.) and Megan Muret (Fr., Encinitas, Calif.), UCLA
• The Bruin duo was the only undefeated pair for UCLA last week, going 6-0 against ranked teams, including three in the top 10, dropping only one set.
• Helped UCLA go 6-0 on the week, posting wins over #3 Hawai'i, #5 Florida State, #9 LSU, #13 FIU, #17 Loyola Marymout and #20 TCU.
• The tandem entered the week with the worst record on the team at 3-5 and is now 9-5 on the season (2-4 on court 4 and 7-1 on court 5).
• It is the first weekly honor for the pair and the fifth for UCLA in the three-year history of the award.
