Stanford duo claims Pac-12 Beach Volleyball Pair of the Week

PAIR OF THE WEEK: Morgan Hentz (So., Lakeside Park, Ky.) and Amelia Smith (Fr., San Jose, Calf.)
• After starting the season 0-4 as a pair against tough competition in UCLA and Hawai'i, rallied to win four straight at home last week.
• The duo did not drop a set in four matches, and helped the Cardinal team earn four wins at the Stanford Bay Area Kickoff.
• Playing at the No. 2 position, defeated local pairs from Saint Mary's, University of San Francisco, Sacramento State and Pacific.
• It is the first-ever weekly honor for the pair.
