Electric Vehicle Rebate Programs

Residential

RMLD offers residential customers a rebate of up to $750 towards the purchase of a qualified level 2 home Electric Vehicle charger.

Commercial

RMLD offers commercial customers a rebate to install a Level 2 (240 volt) plug-in electric vehicle (EV) charger at their business. Through this program, RMLD will reimburse customers for up to 50% of out-of-pocket expenses up to $1500 per charging station (applies to single or dual port). Eligible expenses include charger purchase price and installation costs.

Eligibility

To be eligible for these rebates, customers must agree to the following*:

• Sign up for RMLD’s Residential Time-of-Use (TOU) Rate for a minimum of one year. TOU rates are designed to empower customers to shift electric usage from on-peak to off-peak hours for a reduced rate. Click here for more information on RMLD’s Time-of-Use rate. 
• Provide their EV charging data to the RMLD. Customers may email their data to EV@rmld.com.
