ABOUT
Brittany’s Baskets of Hope, Inc. is dedicated to bringing information, support, guidance, and hope to families that are expecting or have newly welcomed a baby with Down syndrome into their lives.
We believe that all babies, no matter who they are or how they’re born, deserve to be celebrated and to know that they can achieve anything!
As part of our mission, we make and deliver baskets to celebrate the arrival of babies with Down syndrome that feature information and guidance for the parents and gifts of love and joy for the babies and their siblings.
Since delivering our first basket of hope in October 2016, we have now sent over 1,900 baskets of hope to families in all 50 states across the country (and Puerto Rico)!

BASKETS OF HOPE
When parents learn their child has Down syndrome, we don't say, "I'm sorry." We say, "Congratulations!"
We say, "Let's celebrate!" We say, "You will love your baby more than you could have ever imagined." And we say, "You're not alone."
Our baskets of hope offer parents the resources, connection, joy, and hope they deserve.
EMPOWERED ADVOCATES
At Brittany's Baskets of Hope, we are dedicated to encouraging all people with Down syndrome to stand in their power and show the world what they're made of! As our founder Brittany Schiavone always says, "People with Down syndrome can do anything—really, really anything."
We're committed to spreading this message and Brittany is committed to advocating for herself and her community at schools, groups, and meetings, and online.
