Cancellation and Refund Policy

In the event of cancellation, written notification must be sent to euevents@sae.org. The following cancellation fees will apply:

  • Cancellations received up to Sept. 2: Full refund minus a 50 € administration fee
  • Cancellations received as of Sept. 3 or no-shows: No refund

Payment Conditions

All costs referred to are in EUR, and all payments must be made in EUR. During the online registration process, you are required to pay the fees via credit card. Payments by major credit cards (American Express, VISA, and MasterCard) are accepted.

Your registration will only be confirmed once your transaction has been processed and we have received your payment online.

Please note that SAE International–Europe does not accept registration fee payments by check or bank transfer.

Disclaimer

The organizers are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from any action taken or reliance made by you or any third party during the event. The attendance fee does not cover insurance for the delegates. The organizers recommend that delegates take out insurance in their home country to cover pre-journey cancellation for personal reasons and necessary insurance to cover accidents, medical expenses, and loss of personal belongings during the trip to France.
